I'm having trouble putting the pieces together with regards to what exactly defines royal blood in the SnK-world.
It's pretty clearly been established that the Founding Titan's full potential can only be used by those of royal blood – that means either someone of the Fritz or Reiss family, which are just two words for the same thing.
Now, any Subject of Ymir can become a titan, yeah? And the Subjects of Ymir are supposedly descendants of Ymir, yeah? Then what distinguishes a Subject of Ymir from a royal? As far as I can see, when Ymir Fritz died and the Power of the Titans was split, the Founder went to the Fritz family ... which, confuses me, because then what's the difference?
Shouldn't all Eldians be able to use the Founder? Or did I miss something? What do you guys think?
