Reiner was the one who pushed Annie, and Bertholdt to Contiune the Mission after Marcel Got Eaten. Annie and Bertholdt Wanted to Give up and Go back to Marley, but Reiner urged them to Continue. So in a Way Reiner was the Reason Eren's mother died, because he Urged Bertholdt to Destroy the Wall. Had Reiner not done that, then Eren's mother would still be alive.

Also Eren was a lot Closer to Reiner then he was with Bertholdt, So Reiner's betrayal hurt more for Eren.
