The Anti-Personnel Control Squad (対人制圧部隊 Taijin Seiatsu Butai?), also known as the Anti-Personnel Vertical Maneuvering Equipment Squad (対人立体機動部隊 Taijin Rittai Kidō Butai?), was an elite squad of the Military Police Brigade led by Kenny Ackerman. Its members were very capable soldiers from the Interior Squad and used Anti-personnel vertical maneuvering equipment. While the official purpose of the creation of the squad was to thwart the Survey Corps, all the soldiers under Kenny's command knew their chief's real goal, which was to become acquire the Power of the Titans and gain the Coordinate.[1][2]
History
The Anti-Personnel Vertical Maneuvering Equipment Squad was created by Kenny Ackerman two years after the Fall of Wall Maria.[3]
Story
The Uprising arc
Kenny and his men are sent to collect Eren Yeager and Historia Reiss who were under the care of the Reeves Company. They checked their prisoners to discover they had small blades hidden on them then proceeded to kill Dimo Reeves and his men, having guessed the company had betrayed them.
