Sasha wasn't amongst them during the reunion because she still needed to cure her wounds. And don't worry, there is no time travel. It's just one of the property of the "paths": the memories can, sometimes, travel through the paths, without being limited by time or space. Which mean that you might receive memories from someone who isn't born yet. And that's not the first time you see this in the anime: the very first scene of episode 1 of season 1, when Eren wakes up, after having a "very long dream". He saw things that hasn't happened yet, because he received memories from events that hasn't happened yet.
And there is another time where someone receives memories from the future, shown in season 3 part 1: one day, when Frieda Reiss was brushing her hair in front of a mirror, she saw Eren, more than 5 years later (considering her reaction when Eren saw from her eyes, she must have lived the same experience as him, but in reversed)
I agree with everything you said, but how could little Eren have memories of the future if he didn't have a titan yet? I think that was just a directorial choice, to show those images and then Eren waking up and cry.

As far as we know, we didn't have a garantee that only Subjects of Ymir with a Power of the Titans could see his/her memories travelling through the paths. I think they are more likely to see their memories travelling through paths, but it's not impossible for others Subjects of Ymir I think. Eren Kruger said that sometimes, Eldian's (well, in this case, we're only talking about SoY, not the other Eldians bloodlines) memories travel through those paths, without saying it has to be one of the Nine Titan's memories.
Plus, I think we can consider the fact that "little Eren" received memories by someone who voluntarily send the memories, as many people think. It might be the future Eren "sending back" his memories to his younger himself, even tho we've never heard of people consciously sending their memories to someone else.
But yes, it could also be a directorial choice, from Isayama. In the very first episode, in this "long dream", we've seen a statue, wearing a suit first seen in the manga in chapter 95, released in 2017.... 4 years after the release of the first episode of season 1. Yes, we might consider this as transmedia foreshadowing.

Fine for me. That could be the case
There is no Time Travel. The Paths that can allow access to memories from prior titan users can also access future memories too.
Man this episode was such a emotional gut punch. Eren Kruger man, he has done a lot of shady behind the scenes but he did it all for the greater good. He is such a complex but wise man.
Grisha on the other hand, say what you will about him, but I do think he is a really good character. Yes he was foolish both as a child & a adult and yes, he is a terrific father but wasn't out of ill-intent at the beginning anyway. His reasons were misconstrued than others, but in his view were good. It was him that helped to set up the path forward for our "heroes" to finished what they couldn't do before.
Also Ymir gone was sad but she at least got her words to Christa. Didn't expect another that scene of Ymir chained up by a Paths flashback by Historia. Nice little detail there. Probably foreshadowing?
This episode was just so confusing again... Just like the last episode everything gets epxlained so fast without pause and no moment to let it sink in...
- Why do the Marlyans have so many of the 9 titans? Why didn't this great founder Ymir take them with her to Paradais? Why do these Titans even help Marlayan government when they treat the eldian/Titan ppl like crap? - Why did Reiner call the scouts an "inferior race" then they are Eldians just like him? - SPOILER: I know that the Beast Titan is called Zeke and that he's the son of Grisha. But am i supposed to know this? Apparantly Zeke got mentioned by name just once so far by the weird "dog" titan... And a few episodes later the Grisha stuff happens. But me and alot of ppl i know completely forgot about Beast Titans name cuz again, it was only once and with no emphasis on it. So am i just dumb for not remembering or is it supposed to be a really subtle reveal and will it be more properly revealed that Beast Titan is Grisha's son?

1) Why do the Marleyans have 7 of the 9 Titans? Because they managed to take them. And there are a lot of stuff you don't know yet about the Great Titan War, you'll have to wait.
2) Why didn't this great founder Ymir take them with her to Paradais? Ymir Fritz died 1733 years before the Great Titan War. The king/Founding Titan was the king known as te First King of the walls, the one who brainwashed the minds of his subjects. And why didn't he take all of Eldians with him? You don't know all the circumstances of the Great Titan War, the current explanation is that he abandonned them, but you'll have to wait for a real explanation.
3) Why do these Titans even help Marlayan government when they treat the eldian/Titan ppl like crap? If you're talking about the current situation, because the warriors earn Marleyan citizenship when they become warrior. Their family receive this too. They were raised thinking people on Paradise are devils and thay they were descendants of devils, most of them grow thinking they must pay for their ancestors crimes, they believe they're monstruous people than turn to Titans, ... Making a list of the reasons explaining why most of Eldians on the continent are "loyal to Marley. Mix of brainwashing, propaganda, ...
4) Why did Reiner call the scouts an "inferior race" then they are Eldians just like him? That doesn't necessarilly exclude himself. From his point of view, subjects of Ymir are considered inferiors, so even if he's a part of them (even if he owns a marleyan citizenship) he still call them demons. And many people on the continent grow up thinking they're people paying for their ancestors crimes, that they're "good Eldians", while people on Paradise are devils.
5) At this moment, you're supposed to remember the name of Zeke when it's told in the books, because it has been said earlier, and a few chapters before, there is that panel of Zeke talking to Eren, about how his father "brainwashed him", and there is a picture of Grisha with it, highlighting the physical similarities between Zeke and Grisha. Plus, we clearly have the scene of Zeke playing with a monkey doll, plus Zeke having his speech about "I'm not my father" while the Survey Corps were charging at him, pointing out the fact that his parentage will be important for later, etc...
SPOILER: Probably to avoid the backlash of when it was done in the manga after a four year timeskip
The Attack Titan is my favourite chapter in the manga and I was pretty pleased with this adaptation as the animation, the dialogue, and of course Sawano's excellent score (nice to see the return of YouSeeBigGirl one of my all time favourites) somehow elevated material that was already perfect in my eyes. I just love how hard hitting this episode is as Kruger/Grisha's talk never failed to make me misty eyed yet somehow inspired by how men that lost everything and will endure more tragedy yet still find it within themselves to move forward and try to live again. This episode also had the best use of colour all season long with the overall feeling of tragedy juxtaposed well against natural beauty (warm oranges and serene blues) and how colour was used to reflect meaning in the episode (Ex. The sunsetting on Grisha's life in Marley as he accepts Kruger's proposition.). The panels in this chapter are some of Isayama's best in my opinion but WIT did a incredible job bringing it to life. Overall this definitely stuck the landing for me to upgrade the season from a 8 to a 9 in my book.
