I'm not entirely sure, their kills may need to be updated again. Also, it depends if you're adding in Eren's kills in Titan form. I personally think that's a little unfair. But in total, Eren may be ahead of everyone.
I assume your question refers to the "Titan kills" section of Eren and Levi's character boxes. Those numbers are taken from kills either seen on-panel, or from kills that are mentioned during the story (like the kills for Oluo, Petra, Eld, and Gunther). Currently, Eren has killed more Titans than Levi (or, indeed, anyone) on-panel, though this is counting his kills in Titan form.
Um... I seriously doubt it. Remember, Levi was killing Titans for almost 5 years before Eren got in on it, and Eren didn't kill a single Titan until Castle Utgard. Not to mention that Levi is the best soldier in the whole world (with the possible exception of Mikasa). So, no.

Yes, but those were not seen either in the manga or anime, so they don't count so far as the number seen on their infoboxes.
@CaptFredricks Even by that standard, I could've sworn that the Captain had more notches on the belt... Eren's got, what, 30-something kills? Levi has to have more than that!

Have we actually seen Levi kill more Titans than Eren in either the manga or anime, though?
