The Titan eats Armin

The Colossal Titan eats Armin

A Titan suddenly appears and eats Armin in front of Eren and Mikasa. When Eren attempts to attack it, Mikasa stops him, saying that he has to learn his opponent's weakness if he wants to defeat the Titan, and suggests talking to the commandant.

In the commandant's office, Eren asks to be taught about Titan weaknesses. Impressed by his eagerness, the commandant informs him of their weak spot; the nape of the neck. He explains that serious injury to that part would prevent the Titan from regenerating, and cause it to die. Eren thanks the commandant and prepares to leave, but he reminds Eren of his cleaning duties, mentioning how the greatest soldier in history takes cleaning seriously.

After Eren is done with cleaning, he says that he is starving, and Mikasa tells him that he needs to eat if he wants to beat the Titan. Eren is stuffed during dinner, but Mikasa says it is not enough, and forces him to eat another loaf of bread. She then tells him to get some sleep and rest up for tomorrow. Eren agrees, while feeling like he is forgetting something.

The next day, Eren is running late for class, and blames Armin for not waking him up, before wondering where he is. The Titan appears again and swallows Eren and Mikasa. Inside its stomach, they find Armin with his clothes folded on top of his head. He says that he waited too long for them, and Mikasa apologizes, saying that preparations took time. Armin feels light-headed from the heat, and Eren calls out for him, as they all slowly sink in the gastric juice.
