Marcus was a former Survey Corps soldier appearing in Live and Let Die, the fifth short story in the Attack on Titan Anthology.
Appearance
Marcus was a tall bald man with a beard. He wore a green fur coat and brown boots.
Story
Marcus finds an unconscious Taki and asks her if she is dead.
She wakes up later, and Marcus explains the group who saved her are Survey Corps soldiers, survivors of an expedition that happened years ago who were cut off by a storm and had to go underground to survive. As Taki proposes for them to get back to the Walls, he refuses, making a parallel between Titans outside and men of power inside the Walls and concludes that they are free where they are. He then scolds a child who had kicked an anthill.[1]
Titans find their dwellings and everyone escapes outside.
Along with his comrades, Marcus manages to kill a Titan, but another one suddenly appears and crushes him to death.[2]
