Appearance

Marlo's hair is in the style of a bowl-cut. He wears the typical Japanese middle school uniform.

Personality

Marlo is a very righteous person. He wants to join the student council in the hopes of making the school a better place. He seems to have a mutual liking for cats.

Story

Marlo rants in their club meeting along with Annie, Boris and Hitch, who seem to not be paying any attention to him.
