  • I'm shy. Can you please tell admins on Villains Wiki to restore w:c:villains:Elephants (Disney) because they tried to kill Dumbo out of his starvation? Tell Jester of chaos. And don't tell that I told you to do that. Act like that's your idea.

  • Hey there, I deleted your reply in that user's thread in my wall as your concern was unrelated to the topic, but I'll reply here. The Marley arc is the only officially-named arc, its name was revealed by Isayama shortly after the start of the arc in 2017, and then the name was included in the "Attack on Titan Characters" section of the volumes. However, it no longer appears starting from Vol. 27 (Chapters 107-110), revealing that the arc had ended in the previous issue.

I guess the War for Paradis Arc is probably the longest arc in Attack on Titan.

That's right, until now the longest arcs had been The Uprising and Return to Shiganshina with 20 chapters each; while this month's chapter will be the 21st of War for Paradis. It may end with around 28 chapters total; provided that Isayama manages to finish the series this year as he said he would (though the slow pacing the arc still has contradicts these supposed intentions).

    • Hmhmm don't you think he is doing one chapter differently, like one fast, then one slow, then a even paced chapter (half slow and half fast). I feel like that might be the direction Isayama is taking.

  • Hello !

SunWarriorAsahi/FireEater, despite being blocked, is still checking the wikia forums/chapters talks/etc. He has seen that you were talking about him/his history on the wikia, and asked me something : he'd like you to talk directly to him, if you've got questions about him.

I'm not ordering you or anything x). I don't take any part in this, I'm just transmitting the message x)

Anyways, looking forward to the chp that's about to drop?

      Indeed, as every month.

That's the begining of volume 32, I'd like to finally see Eren's Titan form for real as an ending to the chapter, a bit like it was partially revealed at the begining of volume 31 (chapter 123). Hopefully, this time, we'll get a similar scheme (without the flashback eventually, it's starting to be a bit redundant). Also, volume 31's cover that has recently been revealed seems to be showing us Eren from front (we don't see his legs or pelvic bones from this POV and I think I see his arms), I'm especially looking for this. Well, tbh, that's something I've been waiting for like... october, when chapter 122 came out.

Or, if we start the chapter with a flashback, following a similar scheme to chapter 123, then it should be Eren's POV, finally. In order to mirror chapter 123 showing us Mikasa's POV, and to answer the "foreshadowing" Isayama gave us when he made Mikasa say that they never really knew what Eren was thinking. Also, Isayama said that he didn't want to leave any aspect of this story in the shadows, and currently, Eren POV has been hidden from us since he kissed Historia's hand. We learned a few things about him, especially in 120/121//123, but it doesn't fully cover Eren's POV. However, Isayama said that even himself doesn't fully understand Eren, so, who knows ?

Thanks to you, I know about that cover now. I can't even describe how creepy and epic that cover is. I just hope people don't read too much into it and think its confirmed now that Eren is the final boss and that Mikasa will kill him. There been a few volume covers solely for imagery before which weren't story accurate, like I remember one where Eren was about to transform in front of the beast titan in the "clash of the titans" arc, along with a Eren & Levi Squad vs Female titan cover as well.  But either way, that cover is insane and I share your enthusiasm. But its hard to make out Eren's titan form there, but I agree with ur desciption. Guess it was too much to ask for a direct paralleled image to the founding titan from season 3 (of the old king fritz, not Freida).

As for the chp, my theory is that it will cover two main things. 1) Members of the alliance discussing their differences and views on Eren. 2) The Eren confrontation.

I don't know what will come first, but its my theory that Eren wanted both sides to stop fighting and come together.  Not to take him down, but for them to come to a peaceful understanding, prove to him that they reached it, and then he'll stop the attack which may not had even been aimed at the world. Both sides have substantial proof that Eren isn't the monster he looks like on the cover, and the kicker is, both sides have some piece that the other isn't aware of.  Like Reiner has his one-on-one convo with Eren before the Liberio attack, amongst other stuff that show he wasn't wrong about that attack.  Then his friends on Paradis have their revelation that he was never aligned with Zeke and Yelena.  The whole alliance cal put 2 and 2 together and realize Eren is not the monster he seems to be.

Last chp, they ended in a house not far from Eren at all.  I thought they may have the discussion first and the prove it to Eren, but it may be vice versa. After re-thinking it, they might reach him first and the talk with him.

    • Your idea is very close to a Lelouch ending tho.

Yeah, eventually, peace could be achieved. But will it worth anything ? Most of the Paradisians seems to be approving Eren's plan to genocide the world, and the people from the continent already wanted to eliminate Paradis, but now that they know Eren is going to Great-Rumbling them, it's probably even worse. Even if he is defeated or publicly anounce that it was a plan to unite everyone, even if it is publicly known that the alliance of Warriors/Scouts defeat him, peace won't last long.

From the Paradisians POV, the Scouts will be considered as traitors for allying with the Warriors and trying to defeat Eren, from Marley POV, Warriors might be seen as heroes that have defeated Eren/made him abdicate. Marley would still beneficiate from the resources of Paradis. Hizuru will be on a very delicate situation if the alliance with Paradise is being known, making it a potential ennemy nation for Marley and some countries. No matter how all of this ends, there will still be tensions between nations, hoping for true peace is a bit delusional in my eyes.

Of course, I suppose that the alliance will try talk-no-jutsu before attacking, but I feel like the alliance is a red herring from Isayama. He said that he wanted to hurt the readers. Now, he can do it. The end is near, killing characters won't have a big impact anymore.  And Isayama has already shown us that pure determination or friendship don't always win. And at the begining of the story, when Eren wanted to avange Thomas, he miserably failed, and his team ended up decimated after that.
