Until we have definitive proof that, Mr. Ackerman and his family are related to Kenny and the others, we can't add it. We need to know the connection, outside of just the same family name. Otherwise, that leaves us open to just adding anyone to any family category, because they're "genetically" distant relatives. There's always at least one person that will try to argue something like it More importantly, the family section is generally used for immediate and extended family members up to a third generation at most; since most "first" generation members are usually dead by the time they're introduced. If the Kenny and his family are too far off from Mikasa and her family, then it'd probably be best to just mention it in the Ackerman family page.
Hi! I wanted to thank you for your recent contributions to the Wiki. As you have demonstrated commitment to the site, a constant presence and responsible behavior, I have promoted you to Rollback user. Now you have a "rollback" button that you can use to easily revert vandalism if you see it. You can find more information about it here. Please use these new rights with responsibility. If you don't want these rights, please tell me and I will remove them again.
Hello. I wanted to let you know that I moved the information of No Regrets on Levi's page back to the main article. The Other Media section is for non-canon material, and as of Chapter 76, No Regrets has been confirmed to be canon, so that information belongs to the main article.
Hey, I'm Lau, nice to meet you. I noticed that you changed "blond" back to "blonde" on Hannes's page. The correct spelling is actually "blond." "Blond" is masculine while "blonde" is feminine. Even if you don't wanna observe the gender distinction ('cuz some people don't), "blonde" for male hair is still considered a misspelling. I haven't changed it back to "blond" to avoid an edit war. Just wanted to let you know first.
Hey, nice job with the article of the unnamed soldier. I noticed that you added the categories "Garrison", "Survey Corps" and "104th Trainees Squad" to the article, and I wanted to tell you that all of them are automatically added by their respective navboxes, so you don't have to add them manually. Most categories are added automatically by templates, either infoboxes, navboxes, article notices, etc. One of the few that currently has to be added manually is "Spoilers". I may write a categories and templates guide some day, but in the meantime, if you have doubts about which template adds certain category, just let me know.
Unrelated to the topic, but I also wanted to remind you that according to the Manual of Style, for links that are possessive, the "'s" is to be put in the link, and we try to avoid redirects, so we use [[Zeke|Beast Titan's]] and not [[Beast Titan]]'s.
And that's all, just some very minor details. Overall the article is great, thank you. :)
Hello. I and Neetaku are having a conversation about the spellings used on this wiki. It is a looong conversation so I'm going to provide a summary here:
You have probably noted that Kodansha's translation of the manga, Funimation translation of the anime and Vertical translation of the novels all use different spellings for some characters and objects. Currently the wiki's Manual of Style says that we use the Kodansha's spellings consistently throughout the wiki, but there is a problem with the media where Kodansha doesn't provide any official translation, like the Chibi Theatre, the Junior High anime and the visual novels which are all original productions of the anime companies.
The question is, should we use the official spellings given by them in articles related to those sources, or should we use the Kodansha's spellings for them as well? For example, let's say we make an article about Eren's incarnation in the Chibi Theatre. Should it be named "Eren Yeager (Chibi Theatre)" or "Eren Jaeger (Chibi Theatre)"?
