Mikasa (ミカサ Mikasa?) is a member of the Scout Regiment in the live-action films Attack on Titan, The Movie: Part 1 and Attack on Titan, The Movie: Part 2. She is the live-action counterpart of Mikasa Ackerman from the original Attack on Titan manga. She is portrayed by Kiko Mizuhara.
Appearance
Mikasa has shoulder-length black hair which she keeps parted out of her eyes. She wears the standard Scout Regiment uniform, along with a red scarf that Eren gave to her. She also has a large scar on her midsection, where she was bitten by a Titan.
Personality
Regularly, Mikasa has a calm and silent demeanor and usually does not make rash decisions. She is a very devoted warrior and is extremely protective of Eren.
History
Not much is known about Mikasa's past; it is presumed that she lived near the area of Monzen and as an early teen, she meets and becomes friends with both Armin and Eren.
Story
Attack on Titan, The Movie: Part 1
One day, Mikasa is invited by Armin to travel with Eren and himself towards the Wall. As they sneak past numerous Garrison troops, Mikasa tries to quiet Eren when the latter strikes an undestroyed missile embedded within the ground. She sees a picture of the ocean on it and becomes enraptured by the sight. When asked to go with them over the Walls, Mikasa states she is not ready to just yet; however, she does accept a scarf given to her by Eren.
As they are come upon by Souda, they all suddenly hear an earth-shattering roar. They look up and are horrified to see a gigantic Titan peering down at them; Mikasa is told to run and she goes with Eren and Armin back towards town. As numerous Titans pour in through the hole in the Wall, Mikasa avoids getting struck by debris but notices an infant and goes to save it; this causes her to get separated from Eren and Armin. As her two friends try to reach her, they are shut inside a building and unable to get to Mikasa who is nearly trampled to death. Locked outside, she notices a Titan approaching her but is too scared to run; after the Titans are dealt with, neither Eren or Armin are able to find any traces of Mikasa and she is presumed by both to have been killed by the Titan.
Unbeknownst to them, Mikasa survived the Titan's attack due to the actions of Scout Regiment Captain Shikishima. She decided to join the Regiment and served under Shikishima, quickly becoming adept in using the branch's omni-directional mobility gear; due to killing approximately six to ten Titans within the span of half a year, many of her fellow soldiers began to refer to Mikasa as the 'Goddess of the Scout Regiment'.
Two years later during an expedition to Monzen, Mikasa arrives with Shikishima and saves the new recruits from two Titans; while she notices both Eren and Armin among them, she does not react to their presence and leaves with Shikishima in short order. As the captain talks with Scout Regiment Commander Hans & Military Police leader Kubal, Mikasa goes over to where Eren and Jean are fighting and stops the fight by swiftly incapacitating Eren before leaving once again. Later when more Titans arrive and ambush the recruits, Mikasa is shown Eren's severed arm and informed by Armin that he was killed by a Titan; while greatly shocked and saddened by this, Mikasa does not show any emotion and merely tells the others she will carve a path through for them to escape; she ignores Armin's protests and flies right into the midst of the Titans and kills several before she runs out of gas. Falling to the ground, Mikasa vows to continue fighting until she notices one of the Titans in front of her torn apart from the inside; the Titan that emerges roars and gets the attention of the other Titans nearby. Mikasa gets to safety and watches in shock when the mysterious Titan begins fighting the other mindless ones with relative ease. When ordered by Shikishima, Mikasa slices open the Titan's nape only to be shocked to see Eren emerge.

Relationships
- Eren - Mikasa has known Eren for several years and was often with him wherever he went. Joining the military was Eren's goal to avenge Mikasa, whom he thought was eaten by a Titan, when Mikasa turns out to be alive after all the years. They are also a couple.[2]
- Shikishima - Shikishima rescued Mikasa from being eaten by a Titan when Monzen was under attack. He took her in as an apprentice and trained her to use omni-directional mobility gear. However, he developed unrequited feelings for her and sometimes tried to force himself onto her, which she found repelling.
