Saigo no Kyojin (最後の巨人?, lit. "The Last Titan") is the 8th and final opening theme of the Attack on Titan anime, composed and performed by Revo of Linked Horizon.
It replaced The Rumbling in Episode 88.

Opening animation[]
An eye opens to show us Carla holding a waking-up baby Eren in a hand-drawn style before transitioning to an animated style as Eren tries to reach to a departing Grisha as Ymir briefly appears.
It then transitions to a now teenage Eren doing the Scout Regiment salute with a zoom on his hand appearing to be cut as we then see him being surrounded by countless Titans before transforming in a blinding flash of light.
Eren as the Attack Titan appears to be running towards something as the camera pans to under its feet where we can see Ymir presumably about to be crushed as the screen suddenly turns black.
The screen then fades to the title card and the camera viewpoint flying towards something surrounded by grass.
Quick images flash to reveal Eren holding a bow and arrow that he shoots, the action being replayed four times at four different angles and the last one piercing through the title card.
As the arrow continues its course, we are shown key elements of Eren's life such as the fall of Shiganshina and the first appearance of the Colossal Titan, Eren killing one of the murderers of Mikasa's mother, Eren wrapping his scarf around Mikasa's neck and Eren fighting for the first time as the Attack Titan.
The arrow then continues its course until it becomes a flaming bird soaring through the sky.
It then changes to Eren, as a cadet, charging on as the screen is split horizontally in two, with the lower part showing events such as the 57th Exterior Scouting Mission or the aftermath of the Battle of Shiganshina District with Bertholdt's death, the death of Faye Yeager and Eren killing Willy Tybur.
He then soars through the air with his omni-directional mobility gear ready to take down the Colossal Titan in front of him before seemingly being stomped on by it, as the camera pans upward until we reach the face of the Titan and to the clouds to see countless of them.
We then are in the Paths as Eren is seen getting dizzy from all of the information thrown at him in the form of memories, examples being Grisha's supposed slaughter of the Reiss family or Eren looking into the distance as he muses if they will be free if they get rid of the enemy beyond the sea.
He then tries to reach out to something as the scene spirals into the Attack Titan howling.
The next scene is a hand closing in determination, revealed to be that of Armin, soon revealing Reiner, Pieck, Annie, Gabi, Falco, Jean, Yelena, Onyankopon, Hange and Mikasa stationed in a forest before transitioning to an injured Levi opening his eye.
The camera then pans to the glowing eye of an Eren transformed into the Founding Titan as he looks up towards his former comrades, all transformed or ready for battle as they all charge towards him with Mikasa being last and appearing to be crying as tear drops are visibly leaving her eyes as she charges towards him and a still frame is visible before appearing to be slashing him teary-eyed as a succession of images of the remainder of the Scouts fighting is shown before showing a waking up Eren and ending with a younger version of him and Ymir looking onto the horizon as hundreds of footsteps of Colossal Titans are visible.

- The lyrics of the first and second verses reference all previous openings of the show in order. Likewise, the lyrics of the third verse reference all previous endings of the show in order.
- The song contains melodies and excerpts from other Linked Horizon and Attack on Titan tracks.
