Sandra (サンドラ Sandora^?)^[1] was a recruit (新兵 Shinpei^?) of the Scout Regiment. She joined the regiment after the crowning of Historia Reiss.

Appearance

Sandra was of average height and build and has medium-length brown hair that fell to her shoulders. She had bright, light colored eyes and bangs that fell over her forehead. After joining the Scout Regiment, she wore the standard uniform of the regiment.

Story

Royal Government arc

During the feast before the expedition to Shiganshina District, Sandra accompanies Floch as he rhetorically asks Jean Kirschtein if 104th cadets and former Garrison members such as himself and his friends are unreliable.^[2] At the night of the special 'red meat' dinner, Sandra is seen eating at Eren's table.^[3]

Sandra is seen again taking cover from the Beast Titan's projectiles during the Scout Regiment's mission to retake Wall Maria. After learning from Levi Ackermann and Erwin Smith that all of the Scouts' veteran members have been wiped out, she and her fellow recruits begin to panic. As Sandra is cowering with Floch and Gordon, she is brought to attention by Erwin, who announces his plan to lead a suicide charge against the Beast Titan. Although Sandra becomes physically ill at the thought and vomits after hearing this, she participates in the charge alongside her fellow soldiers.^[4] She, alongside many of her fellow soldiers, is killed during the charge by the Beast Titan's projectiles.^[5]

Trivia

Sandra and Dirk Reiss share the same English voice actress.
Brittany Lauda, Sandra's English voice actress, is married to Matt Shipman (Floch Forster's English voice actor) in real life.
