Suzanne is a servant in the employ of the Kramer family and Jörg Kramer's mistress. When Mathias Kramer was younger, she also served as his tutor. She appears in the light novel Attack on Titan: The Harsh Mistress of the City, Part 1.
Appearance
Suzanne is in her late thirties, but looks as though she could be ten years younger.
Personality
Suzanne seems to be a responsible individual, since she handles detailing the other servants in Jörg Kramer's townhouse in Fuerth District. However, she is not good at hiding her emotions and worries about both Jörg and his son, Mathias.
Story
After the evacuation from Quinta District, Suzanne joins the Kramer family in their townhouse in Fuerth. Their first morning there, she is instructing a servant when Mathias finds her. He asks about what happened to the Garrison soldiers who covered their escape from Quinta District and she is hesitant to reply, knowing that Mathias is worried about Rita Iglehaut.[1]
The following night she shares Jörg's bed and listens to his concerns about having left his prized collection of art behind in Quinta because it would have looked bad if he had evacuated with them. She assures him that he should be able to go back and retrieve them one day.[2]
