  • Ya know, we've never actually seen the special ability of the Female Titan (if that's even it's offical name). At first i thought the crystal ability was it but when i saw the Jaws and Warhammer Titan use it, i started to have doubts. The scream doesn't count as we've seen it happen with the Attack Titan as well. Also there's never been any mention of Annine's mother as well. Remember when Annie crystallized herself, the only other person we've seen do this is Mrs. Tybur. My theory is that either Annie managed to get some of the spinal juice of the previous Warhammer holder or that Annie's mother is a Tybur. So the only Titans whose special abilities are unknown are the Attack Titan and the Female Titan(maybe). What do y'all think?

    • I'm pretty sure Annie's mother isn't a Tybur, because narratively that wouldn't make any sense. We've never seen Annie associated with the Tyburs and the Tyburs are special among Eldians. They're treated like royals. They get to go to all the parties, rub elbows with dignities, and everybody instantly respects them.

From the flashbacks we see, Annie lived in a very rundown environment with a father who was extremely tough and her, and she was quite likely forced into the Warrior program to earn that honorary Marleyan citizenship, which would be completely unnecessary if she was a Tybur.

As for the spinal juice being stolen, we've never seen what spinal juice from a still living Titan wielder would do if injected in someone else, but I would guess nothing, because if that could confer additional power to any of the Nine Titans Marley would be all over like ants at a picnic. Also, this would mean that somehow her poor dad who can't even leave the Liberio internment zone without permission somehow got to the fabulously wealthy Tybur household, managed to correctly identify the War Hammer Titan (whose identity is a secret to everybody), and then extract the spinal fluid without getting caught.

      It's not likely.

Marley refers to the loss of Annie's Titan as "the Female" and I believe it's called the Female Titan as well in Chapter 95 when they have a trial run of the new Warriors again another nation before sending them to Paradis. I don't have the chapter handy in front of me, but the Marleyan officers do a run down of every Warrior Titan's traits, including the Female.

Didn't Eren get some of Reiner's to get the hardening ability? But i see what you mean. Im only theorising. Im not saying that this is confirmed

    • Tyburs are nobles and normal eldian, Annie being related would be odd since the Tyburs are filthy rich and the Tyburs do not have special abilities like the Fritz family. Marley calls it the Female titan and know much more about the 9 titans so that should be its offical name and Magath mentionted screaming is its natural ability. Eren ate a serum called "Braun" but its pretty impossbile for Rod to ever have gotten anything Reiner since it's clear they never met. I really don't see how eating a another of the 9 titans serum would do anything. Should that be the case then why hasn't Marley just simply upgraded all of their shifters?

    • Annie could very well be an illegitimate child like Historia was. As for the Braun serum. Maybe one of Reiner's relatives was a possesser of the Armored Titan at one point. But i see what you mean. As for the Attack Titan's hardening ability, maybe it has the ability to adapt if given the right 'tools' so to speak.
